First of all, I forgot to post what we were going to sing prior to our time together on Tuesday. So sorry for that oversight! We sang (1) Voice of Truth by Casting Crowns (2) Beauty of the Cross by Johnny Diaz and (3) O For A Thousand Tongues by Gateway Worship.
We continued in John 15:7-8 this week learning about abiding in Christ and letting God’s word abide in us. Kathy gave us encouragement on how to remove the NOISE of the world to let God’s word dwell richly in our mind, will, and emotions. She also challenged us to examine the VOICES we listen to, looking at what we let in and what we choose to speak out. The Tool and Technique “Articulation” will help with that. Finally she called us to REJOICE and give praise to God as a faith workout, Satan-silencer, and relationship builder.
